With locations in Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins, we have been honored to serve the Northern Colorado community for over 19 wonderful years.

Our journey began in the heart of Mexico, in the small town of Manuel Doblado, located in the Colonial State of Guanajuato. The Ortega family, deeply rooted in Mexican culinary traditions, always held a special connection to the flavors, techniques, and spirit of authentic Mexican cooking. Inspired by their passion for food and community, the Ortega siblings came together to bring a taste of their heritage to Northern Colorado.

In 2001, the dream became a reality when El Pueblito first opened its doors in Greeley. Operated by the nine Ortega siblings, our restaurant quickly became a beloved part of the community. Our commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients and offering a welcoming environment resonated with customers from the very beginning. Every dish is prepared daily with care, ensuring that our guests always enjoy healthy, flavorful meals made from scratch.

As our reputation grew, so did the demand for more locations. In 2002, we expanded by opening our second restaurant in Loveland. 

This milestone allowed us to share our passion for authentic Mexican food with even more people across Northern Colorado. Maintaining our dedication to exceptional service and quality, we brought the same warm hospitality and vibrant flavors that our customers had come to know and love.

In 2014, driven by our mission to serve even more of the Northern Colorado community, we proudly opened our third location in Fort Collins. Each location reflects our family values — hospitality, hard work, and a deep love for Mexican cuisine.
